Before becoming a full-time REALTOR ^® IN 2006, Conrad spent nearly a decade as a Real Estate investor. Hailing from the Midwest, he brings together a diverse background as an elementary teacher, actor/singer/dancer, HR and finance manager, pension and 401(k) administrator, and interior designer. He often jokes he's been everything but a nun!

Real Estate, however, became the perfect fusion of skills. As both a "numbers guy" and a "creative guy", Conrad sees properties not just for what they are, but for what they can become approaching every transaction with a focused determination to ensure a perfect match for clients - aesthetically, emotionally and financially. Being a solid partner is not only his job, but a true passion.

When working with sellers, Conrad leverages market expertise, financial acumen and design skills striving to attain the highest possible profit in the shortest amount of time with the least amount of stress or intrusion.

After many years in Los Angeles and Orange county areas, Conrad and his husband Brandon relocated to Charlotte, NC for 8 years before moving to the Coachella Valley in 2014 and proudly call Palm Springs "home".

Conrad and Brandon are both often recognized by locals and visitors from their numerous appearances on HGTV's "House Hunters" and from their numerous civic events supporting local animal shelters, Boys and Girls Clubs, Seniors, Breast Cancer Awareness and Police Officer Association.
